In her memoir, Beyoncé’s most significant revelation was likely the disclosure of her breakup with Jay-Z in 2005. The rumors of an affair between Jay-Z and Rihanna, who was a teenager back then, left her furious.

However, representatives of Rihanna have claimed these rumors are baseless.

Will Smith’s “Will”

Will Smith’s biography seems honest, almost to a fault, detailing his first breakup and the consequences that followed in his sex life after that. However, one of the saddest confessions in the “Will” biography is that he fell authentically in love with Stockard Channing while filming the movie “Six Degrees of Separation.”

This is particularly heartbreaking because, at the time, Will and his wife Sheree had only been married for a few months and were just welcoming their first child into the world together.

In the biography, Will blames his falling in love on his style of method acting. He spent over a week getting into character for each scene, which had real emotional consequences!

Drew Barrymore’s “Little Girl Lost”

One of the more sobering secrets to smash the minds of audiences in a memoir would be the ones that Drew Barrymore revealed in her memoir, “Little Girl Lost.” Drew Barrymore tells the story of smoking pot for the first time at the ripe young age of ten!

Apparently, a friend’s mom was smoking pot in the front seat of a car while giving Barrymore a ride, and she was tempted to try it. Instead of denying the child the marijuana, the friend’s mom actually offered it to her and gave Drew her first smoking experience.

This one may come as no surprise to die-hard Star Wars fans, but fewer secrets have been as impactful as the ones Carrie Fisher revealed in her memoir, “The Princess Diarist.” In it, she described falling in love with Han Solo actor Harrison Ford and engaging in an affair with him.

This secret is particularly eye-opening when recalling that, during the 70’s time period when Star Wars was being shot, Carrie Fisher was only 19 years old while the 33-year-old Ford was a husband and father of two children.

In fact, Fisher openly claims to have been hoping to have an affair. It went on for almost four months.

Danny Trejo’s Hollywood persona and career has made him loveable enough, despite the fact that his checkered past is no secret! Danny Trejo spent his teenage years in prison.

In fact, in the year 1961, Danny Trejo actually met musician, cult leader, and murderer Charles Manson while in prison.

He was only 17 years old at the time. Manson claimed to be able to lead cell mates into an experience where they would feel high without having to take drugs. Trejo participated in this meditation and later described it as being hypnotized by Charles Manson.

“Dawson’s Creek” star Busy Philipps outed her former boyfriend, Craig Cox, and Jeff Cox, his brother, as thieves of their famous “Blades of Glory” film. In fact, Busy Philipps revealed herself to have been the film’s co-writer, complete with a part for herself to step into.

Unfortunately, during the pitching process, the Cox brothers removed Busy and sold it without her. To make matters worse, the brothers then gaslit Busy, pretending that she’d made up the narrative and had never had any part in helping them write the successful film. Luckily, Amy Poehler and Seth Meyers leaked the truth and supported Busy.

Rockstar Ozzy Osborne has certainly had some wild experiences in his life. Perhaps none so singularly terrifying than the event recorded in his memoir, “I Am Ozzy,” when he recounts blacking out and waking up to be told that he tried to murder his own wife.

Apparently, Osborne was so affected by certain drugs that he attacked his wife one night and was arrested. He woke up in a cell with no memory of the event and was horrified to be told what he’d almost done.

The years before his second marriage were dark and joyless, largely due to his father’s involvement in his life.

Michael J. Fox is beloved for many of his sensational and iconic film roles, but in his book “Lucky Man: a Memoir,” you may be surprised to hear that one almost cost him his life!

While filming “Back to the Future Part III,” Michael J. Fox had to do a stunt that required him to place a rope around his neck and hang as if choking.

Unfortunately, according to the memoir, he accidentally failed to put his hands in the way of the rope in order to keep the choking from actually happening. There was no acting involved when Michael J. Fox lost the ability to breathe and actually went unconscious before crew members noticed and saved his life.

The people Leah Remini may be making the most trouble for in her memoir “Troublemaker” are the Scientologists from her childhood. According to Leah Remini, children are not considered necessary to care for in Scientology. Instead, they are thought of as spiritual beings who can look after themselves.

The consequences of this ideology led Leah Remini to recall dozens of children kicked out of their homes or left to be neglected, including her own sister Shannon.
